I love Rexburg Rehabilitation! I was referred there by my primary care physician to address some hip pain. I thought I might need hip replacement surgery. But with the skilled help of Paul and Kristy and their staff, my pain went away after two months of treatments. Thank you 1000 times for your exceptional and professional care. I love their pool and hot tub and unloved my first two physical therapist but their bedside manner is absolutely horrible. Physical therapist that just talk to other people the whole time they are massaging and cupping. They also have cut the Tenz down to 10min for each patient because they can’t schedule properly! Was getting 15 min. This is not the first time I have had problems with staff not paying attention to me and involved in conversation with everyone else!!! I left there again feeling worse than I did when I went in. Sure dropped the ball again. I am definitely finding somewhere else to go. I’ll sacrifice the pool. Also totally just stopped guiding me on exercises as well. My first PT there made try new ones and made sure things were getting better…. I they there are students there but shouldn’t you be teaching good bedside manner as well. Most the time they don’t even close the curtain so everyone can see my Butt…..

The sticky pad things they used at the end of my treatment had someone else's hair on it and the staff argued in front of me which made me feel uncertain if they know what they're doing. I personally won't go back there.
